I find when I get overwhelmed with something, that I gently start focusing on the movement of my feet as I walk. Cycles of movement over and over again… mindful of my breath and body.
Usually, I can quickly calm myself without any effort or extra time. As a matter of fact, I frequently do when I’m around a lot of people!
So, Just for today… enjoy the beauty of your movement.
